2. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.1. From time to time, we may offer bonuses, rewards, promotions, contests, items of value and/or gifts (“Offers”). These are subject to these General Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus T&Cs”) and any additional terms and conditions applicable to the relevant offer (“Specific Bonus T&Cs”).

1.2. We may make the Bonus T&Cs and Special Bonus T&Cs available in a number of languages. This is for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these Terms, the version that is most beneficial to the player will prevail.

2. Capitalized terms used in these Bonus T&Cs that have already been defined in the Main Terms have the meaning assigned to them in these Terms. The following capitalized terms have the meanings or explanations ascribed to them here:

2.1. “Adventures” – valuables and trophies that take you to new levels and planets when you play on our website;

2.2. “Bonus” – A bonus may refer to rewards such as welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, wagering free spins, free spins, bonus rounds or bonus money, free sports bet, closed free sports bet, cash or other types of offers. The type and size of the bonus may vary. Any restrictions or requirements applicable to the bonus will be shown to you in the Specific Bonus T&Cs. A bonus can be converted into real money in your account (and available for withdrawal) provided you meet the terms and conditions set for that bonus.

2.3. “Bonus Money” – This is the money you received or bonus winnings that appear in your account. This money may be subject to restrictions and cannot be withdrawn without meeting certain criteria.

2.4. “Real Money” – Is the money you have deposited or winnings from the money you have deposited. Real money is freely available and can be withdrawn at any time. However, during promotions or bonuses, you may be required to wager the bonus or bonus round winnings before you can withdraw the full amount. This means if you withdraw your real money before wagering requirements are met you will lose your bonus and any winnings from that bonus.

2.5. “Deposit Bonus” – A bonus tied to a deposit that doubles a certain percentage of your deposit. The percentage may vary and the bonus may be customized for a specific game type and certain terms and restrictions may apply before you can request a withdrawal. The wagering requirements apply to both the deposited amount and the bonus amount.

Deposit bonuses can be accumulated, but this means that the wagering amounts (i.e. the amounts you have to wager) also accumulate and are subject to the terms of the last follow the used bonus. For example, if a casino (or sports) deposit bonus is used and the player decides to use a new deposit bonus, the wagering requirements of the new deposit bonus will apply. A sports bet contributes 100% towards the wagering requirements of the casino as long as it meets the contribution criteria defined in Section 9 below.

In sports betting, different deposit bonuses have different wagering requirements such as: B. Minimum quotas or others. Should your bet be paid out, void, postponed or not take place it will not contribute towards wagering requirements. A bet will not contribute towards wagering requirements until it has been settled. You can also wager your bet thirty (30) times at the casino and the contribution depends on the casino games you play as specified in Section 9 below.

2.6. “Bonus Turnover” – When you have bonus money in your account, this bonus money is wagered in proportion to your real money. So, for example, if you have €100 real money and €50 bonus money in your account, a €3 bet will contain €2 real money and €1 bonus money, and all winnings will be split equally. If you receive multiple bonuses at the same time, the bonus money and wagering requirements are accumulated.

2.7. “Game Weighting” – There are a number of games that contribute differently to the wagering requirement. See Section 9 below for a list of Game Weights.

2.8. Loyalty Rewards - You can level up with a chance to get a reward. Rewards are given in the form of 'values' and you can be rewarded with a range of bonuses including but not limited to free spins or free cash as you play.

2.9. “Promotion” – Is a campaign or offer that has certain conditions for participation and prizes/profits.

2.10. “Valuable” – You can level up with a chance to get a reward. Rewards are given in the form of “value items”. You will see these valuables in your account. This includes rewards such as bonus rounds, deposit bonuses, bonus money or other types of bonuses. The valuables will show you the bonus awarded, the period during which it is valid, whether there are specific games that require it to be wagered, and any wagering requirements.

2.11. “Bonus Rounds” – are free spins you receive after making a deposit of a certain amount, which we will tell you in advance. Winnings from bonus rounds are converted into bonus money and are usually subject to a 30x wagering requirement. The bonus money is automatically converted into real money once the wagering requirements are met. Bonus rounds must be activated via account when logged in. As soon as these are activated, the bonus rounds are triggered and the respective game starts automatically. Bonus rounds must be completed within 60 days of claiming them or they will expire and any winnings generated from the bonus rounds will be forfeited.

2.12. “Free Spins” – Another name for bonus rounds.

2.13. “Wager Free Spins” – are free spins awarded for use on a specific game. These free spins have no wagering requirements and do not require a deposit. No Wager Free Spins must be activated via account when logged in. As soon as these are activated, they will be unlocked and the respective game will start automatically.

2.14. “Wagering Requirement” – You may have to wager the bonus money or winnings from spins a certain number of times before the bonus money and winnings can be withdrawn. If you do not meet the wagering requirements you will not be able to withdraw your bonus money or any winnings derived from it. You can withdraw your real money before completing the wagering requirements as this money is not restricted, but then you will lose your bonus money. On the withdrawal page you will see if you have any bonus money left to wager and will be informed that it will be forfeited if you make a withdrawal. We tell you how much of your balance is bonus money and how much you still have to wager before you can withdraw it. You can bet as many partial amounts of the required bet as you like. Only real money wagers (and any associated bonuses) will contribute towards the wagering requirement.

2.15. "Free Bet" - A free bet allows you to place a bet without wagering on a specific outcome and if you win, you keep the winnings. The original free bet amount you placed will be deducted from the winnings. We may require certain criteria to be met in order for you to claim a free bet.

2.16. “Sportsbook Locked Free bets” – Locked free bets (also known as qualifying bets) are items of value that must meet certain criteria or requirements before they are made available as a free bet.

2.17. 'Odds Boost' - From time to time we offer increased odds on selected events and markets. You don't have to register for this, just select the increased odds, add them to your bet slip and you can (or not) use the offer directly from your bet slip. If you decide to take advantage of the increased odds and win the bet, the payout will be calculated automatically and the winnings will be deposited into your account.

2.18. “Welcome Bonus” – A collection of bonuses sometimes made available (at our sole and absolute discretion) to newly registered players on the Website.

3. Other important conditions
3.1. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer at any time and without notice by removing the offer from the website so that it is no longer available. This will not affect people who have already opted into the offer, possibly made a deposit or have already started the offer and are awaiting the bonus if they meet the requirements.
4. Terms and Conditions for Bonuses and Rewards Programs

4.1. You understand that offers may have certain conditions attached to them. Material terms will be included through the core communications or marketing surrounding the offering, where scope allows. 5. How to Activate a Bonus

6. Abuse of bonuses or promotions

6.1 If Casumo determines that the offer is being abused and/or our terms and conditions are being breached, we may take the following actions against such abuses:

  • Revocation and /or cancellation of any bonuses and bonus winnings which, in our reasonable opinion, have been redeemed through abuse of the system; and/or
  • Players found to be abusing bonus offers may be banned from receiving further bonuses; and/or
  • Abusive player accounts may be terminated

6.2 A list of what may be considered abuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • The use of more than an account or use of third party accounts
  • Evidence that an offer is being claimed by or benefiting the same person or group of people attempting to cheat us will be considered bonus abuse and any potential winnings, generated from this offer will be voided/withdrawn
  • Equal, zero or small winning bets

  • Manipulation of Software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or otherwise conduct that amounts to intentional fraud
  • IP address masking or use of a VPN
  • Employees of Casumo and any affiliated companies, their families and anyone associated with Casumo and the Program, or any person who is not eligible under any other clause in these Terms, may not participate in the Promotion.

6.3. We reserve the right to carry out additional checks to ensure compliance with our agreement. Should such checks reveal a breach of the Agreement, we may exercise our right to confiscate the bonus and/or winnings from the bonus and/or block accounts.

6.4. Unless otherwise stated (e.g. as part of a welcome bonus), the maximum bet allowed when using bonus money is one euro (€1) per spin or ten cents (€0.10) per bet line, or the approximate currency equivalent of the territory in which you reside and this applies until the wagering requirements are met.

7. Account Restrictions

7.1. An offer is limited to one offer per player (one offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, phone number, payment method). Players sharing a computer can only have one account per computer or IP address. In the case of accounts found to be sharing the above details, Casumo reserves the right to confiscate the funds in the accounts and/or suspend the accounts. The player's original deposit, if applicable, will not be confiscated and only the bonus and/or winnings from the bonus will be confiscated.

7.2. Our employees, officers and directors or the employees of any of our group companies are not eligible to participate in any Offer.

8. Expiration
8.1. Offers are associated with specific expiry times and/or claim times which are stated on the item of value.
9. Game Weighting and Contribution to Wagering Requirements

9.1.We reserve the right to administer the use of bonuses before you can redeem them. Therefore, not all bets count towards the wagering requirements of your bonus. Most games contribute towards wagering requirements, but not all.
